The concept for The Outsourced Office was born when organisation founder, Anne-Marie Swinburne identified a need to make it possible for small businesses to subcontract the tasks traditionally carried out by bookkeeping and administrative staff. Due to budget and time restraints associated with operating a small business, many business owners are regularly faced with the challenges of acting as the Manager, Receptionist, Bookkeeper and Administration person, leaving little time to grow and develop their businesses. The Outsourced Office overcomes this circumstance.
With seven highly qualified and professional bookkeepers on staff, our client list is in excess of 100 over many industries including medical professionals, tradespeople and cafe owners.
The Outsourced Office is proud of being a supportive, family friendly operation. We mainly employ mothers and understand the demands which come with that role, allow flexible school hours and time off where necessary.
